Co-Owner Frank Serafine holds a master’s degree and brings 25+ years as a Senior Care Manager. Co-Owner Esperanza Serafine has an extensive background in Home Care, combined with a Nurse's Aide history.
As independent owners of Companions In Caring, Frank and Esperanza bring their expertise and fondness for seniors to provide truly kind care, tailored to each Client's unique needs.

Our Caregivers
Companions in Caring recruits the best caregivers for the best care. They are both experienced (5+ years) and credentialed as home care aides. 2-step interviewing includes verification of references and a State criminal background check. Aides are fluent in English. A kind temperament and a strong work ethic are essential requirements.
