Insurance Reimbursement
Insurance policies, including long-term care coverage, can offset out-of-pocket costs of In-Home Care. We recommend contacting Member Service about applicable coverage.
Our insurance reimbursement procedures are as follows:

The bi-monthly invoice is sent to the responsible party (RP)

RP makes payment to Companions in Caring

Upon receipt of payment, our office sends supporting documents to the insurance company, including Invoice and Payment, Daily Care Notes, License Certificate

RP receives insurance reimbursement (covered % of costs is based on terms of the policy)
Free Evaluation | Weekends Available
We offer a free Evaluation to determine the level-of-care which best meets your or your loved one's needs and quality-of-life.
One of our managers or nurses comes to the rehab center or your home for 15 to 30 minutes of discussion.
Scheduling an Evaluation is "only a phone call away"! Your AM phone call for an Evaluation means we will meet you today! Mid-afternoon or evening calls we will meet tomorrow.
